2. TPV Introduction
Thermoplastic Vulcanizate is a thermoplastic dynamically vulcanized elastomer material, referred to as TPV. It has the characteristics of rubber and plastic, and can be processed thermoplastically. It has good resilience and can replace rubber.

The main features of TPV:
1. Good deformation resistance, environmental resistance and aging resistance.
2. Wide application temperature range (-60-150℃), wide application range of softness and hardness (25A-54D).

5.Machine Details
5.1 SJ45-28 Single Screw Extruder

The extrusion production line adopts the SJ45-28 extruder independently developed by Songhu, which has the characteristics of high precision and high production capacity.

The screw and barrel are made of high-strength alloy steel 38CrMoAlA, and its surfaces are treated with nitriding and polishing. The thickness of the nitriding layer reaches 0.4-0.7 mm, and the surface hardness reaches HV850-940.

The screw is specially designed for TPV material to ensure the plasticizing effect of the raw material, and ensure the uniform wall thickness and high gloss of the product.

5.2 High Precision Extrusion Mould
The mold material is made of high-quality S316 mold steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature strength, and the mold diameter can be customized according to customer needs.

5.3 Vacuum Cooling Water Tank

The cooling water tank is formed by bending SUS304 stainless steel, and the closed structure of fully tempered glass ensures hygienic and dust-free production conditions;

Vacuum-assisted forming technology ensures the accuracy and roundness of the pipe;

Equipped with a stainless steel water storage tank, the cooling water in the production process can be recycled without splashing the ground;
